and Safety Matters: COVID-19 Update

To support the COVID-19 efforts, the typical high-level sanitary procedures have been ramped up to meet the industry recommendations for guest and employee safety and health. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Housekeeping wiping down all door handles, elevator buttons, handrails, phones, remote controls and surfaces with disinfectant on a regular basis.
• Hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and masks available for all guests and staff.
• Recommended standards provided by the World Health Organization have been implemented throughout the hotel.

We encourage all guests and staff to follow recommendations as provided by provincial health authorities, to reduce the likelihood of catching the virus, which include:

• wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
• cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing
• avoid others who are unwell
• stay home when you are sick
• avoid greeting with handshakes and consider greeting or acknowledgments hands-free, such as a wave
• the most important thing you can do to prevent coronavirus and other illnesses is to wash your hands regularly and avoid touching your face

Recognizing that there are travelers waiting for flights and in consideration of the fact that they may need accommodations for extended stays, Rosellen is offering maximum 50% off, stays of 14 days or more, rate is based on available.

The cancellation policies for guests who have booked directly through the hotel have been revised, currently for reservations through 30 April 2020, that allows for full refunds or full credit towards a future stay if the change or cancellation request is received 24 hours or more prior to the arrival date.
